West Ham website issues
Has anyone ever bought a ticket on the West Ham website, only to find out later that they hadn't actually bought the ticket?

Happened to me twice now, and want to work out if i'm thick or there is an underlying issue.

It took me over an hour yesterday to buy Forest away tickets. It kept on rejecting my application, despite having the correct points and eligibility.

It also kept on timing out when I was trying to buy the home play off tickets a few days ago. I was successful on the third attempt. However, it had then billed me three times for the same set of tickets!

Had you considered the possibility that you're thick AND there is an underlying issue?
